Who can fix guns?

I bought a gun and the revolver thing won't move. I paid 30 bucks for it and he said it need a little tune up...so what do i do?

i r be-ing srsly.

why would you buy a firearm for $30 , and expect to walk into a gunstore to get it serviced without any questions asked. i bet the OP didnt go through a gunstore or get it transferred into his name. thus , its hot. there may be a few heads on it , it may be stolen , or both. im sure the guys at the gunstore will find out for you , and let you know just as the fuzz is walking in the door.

not planning on going to a gunstore...fixing myself, sanding, and painting the handle...shaving the serial, messing with the barrel.

how do i take the lock off. he said that the "safety was on"
