who burns dvd's???? How do you bypass........

I was just wondering if any of you guys burn DVD's using DVD Shrink.

I have a few movies here that it isnt letting me burn. For Ex...Underworld Evolution...However, I know there are some people that have copied it. Anyone know of any other programs to use...??

Right when I click on "open disc" it tries to read it...then just runs a program error.

Download a program called AnyDVD by a company called Slysoft. Google it and find it. It works out very well especially against the latest protections, including Sony ArCCos. Just download it, run it in the background, then fire up DVD Shrink........problems gone

are you running ANY decryptor at all? or are you just getting started?

dvd43's the best background decryptor, and dvddecryptor (if it's not defunct now) at least WAS the end-all-be-all decryptor back in the day, if you don't mind using a seperate program to rip your movies

i suggest to use slysoft's cloneDVD also, easy as pie, i like it better than dvd shrink

dvd shrink gives you the most control over the transcriptions, tho

one-step proggies don't really have any room for customization, only presets

i dont know really all the different options each has, but clone dvd has 2 things, either direct clone or you can choose certain sections, i usually just leave the menu out and go straight to the movie, but you can add everything and take away certain subtitles or audio, all i need it to do

i love DVDshink but did have one issue with Resident Evil 2.

just searched google for forums and came up with a new program, can't remember and on the wrong computer right now, but i found my answer that way.

So, try googling forums. worked for me

holy crap, resident evil 2 is a nightmare

that's one of the last dvd's i ever backed up

once i wasted a few days, and even a late fee trying to back that thing up, i decided backing up movies was no longer worth it......

i used to get the unlimited rental deal from blockbuster and copy movies every day, hahaha, but now i just download the movies i want to see

the quality's actually better than a dvd9 backup on a dvd5, and you can fit like 6 or 7 movies onto one dvd5 and watch them on an mpeg4 dvd player on your tv, not to mention being able to get low-budget, or unrated movies that you wont find at your local blockbuster....

tried this, AND slysoft ANY DVD... ANY dvd would have taken about a day to backup the files...screw that...and I tried CLONE DVD. and the second I clicked my dvd drive...it said Clonedvd is not for use in copying protected DVD's....that did a lot of good.

basically told me that it cant backup any protected dvd

its weird though....i just tried it again with Any dvd...im trying to burn a movie called "Irish" with Eddie Griffin. I gets to about 13-14% within a few minutes...now its at...13%...and quickly climbing above 150min....earlier it got to like 60,000 minutes so I just quit it.........and actually i was just running dvd shrink at the same time....and it just stopped the analysis at 13%...strange...ill try underworld evolution...

edit: trying "hostel" now....0%....350 min!!! wtf!!!
