a mix of psychological and philosophical. i'm thinkin along the lines of 'follow your bliss'. what is your bliss?? what makes you deeply happy? how would you know that this particualr thing makes you happy? if you reply 'well, cause i know me', well, then who are you? are u your job/career? are you a role you play in life?

Happiness is a choice you make every day. So nothing in particular makes me happy. I just choose to look at the positive things in my life which makes me happy. I am, that I am. Nothing more nothing less.
