Who all works out?

I just got done working out and was curious to hear some of yalls workout regimens...Post body size too so we can compare!

5'8" 172 pounds 17 years old

Been working out on and off for 3 years..

I have A-days and B-days... I alternate each day..

On A -days I strength train.

That consists of

Bench Press- 135 pounds x16 (warm-up)

195 pounds x 14

And then 3 more sets usually increasing around 20 pounds a

set.Lately I have been stopping at 275x2.. My max is right at 300..

Leg Extension- 150 pounds x 10 3 sets

Pullovers w/ curl bar- 90 pounds x 10 3 sets

Lat Pulls - 120 pounds x 10 3 sets

Tricep Extensions with machine bar - 70 pounds x 8-10 3 sets

Tricep Extensions lying on bench w/ dumbells - 25 pound dumbbells x 10 3 sets

One-armed barbell curls - 40 pound dumbbells x 8-10 3 sets

Flys lying on bench with dumbbells -- 25 pound dumbells x 12 3 sets

This provides me with a pretty good strength training workout.. I am mainly focused on upper body strength.. I usually add 5-10 pounds on most lifts every 2 weeks.. I then try to get back up to the number of reps I was doing previously.. After most workouts I run a mile to cool down..

B-day

Run 1 mile..

3 Sets of Knee Raises (with pull-up bar... Bring knees to chest while keeping straight)

3 sets of Pushups (50-70 a set normally)

3 sets of Sit-ups (25 a set)

Then I do 3 more exercises involving leg raises and sweeps while lieing on the floor. All helping with my legs and abdominal region..

Then I run another mile to cool down..

Does that count? I can bench 255 x4.

I have no routine. I used to work out in school every other day.

I had a good diet, lots of protien. That is all.

I havent worked out in about a year.

 
I usually find a good bish to tag all night long. I usually do her 20 times during the night then I go **** down a cold one. Oh and then I hit up a snack. I love my work out program.

I work all kinds of weird hours so finding a good workout is hard. Ive been working out cardio and conditioning a little bit, I usually walk 2 miles and jog 1 mile a day on my treadmill then I do some light lifts with dumbells I think the heaviest I own are 25 lbs so I do a lot of reps. A set of 30 then 25 then 20 and so forth. I just quit smoking like 3 months ago so Ill start doing more when I finally get my air back. When I get into shape Ill start strength training.

 
i run 5 miles before work, 5-10 miles after work (depending on time i get off work)
thursdays i swim 1600meters

ride the bike 50 miles.

sundays i strength train at gym.

i do the A B day thing... i don't feel like typing out my workout, but it's lower body on the A days and upper body on the B days. and i try to run inbetween workout days. i went from 5'10" 180 to 140-145, but now i'm trying to bulk up a bit more and i weigh 160-163 now.
