which would be louder?

hey guys i was thinking about what to get my my next system, although it wont be for at least a year, but i had a few ideas.

and i was thinking of either going with either two 12" type r's or two 12" aq SDC2.5's. which do you think would be louder? i definately would want it to be loud, because i listen to 90% rap, but i want to to sound good too. how much of a difference would 2 15" SDC2.5's be over 2 12" SDC2.5's? If there is anything else that would be good for subs in the 250-300 range im open to suggestions.

and do you think if i were running around 1500rms would i need to do anything other than the big 3 upgrade?

electrical upgrade i would say new batt. up front and one in the back and you will be good my brotha!.

I would just foolow up and keep yourself updated until you are about to purchase subs. Making a tpoic now is useless, as alot can change within' a year.

my vote is aq.

do a nice batt up front, and a big batt in the back, (deka 9a31's are decent for the price) and DO YOUR BIG 3

alright cool thanks guys. cant wait till i get the stuff (although itll be awhile). Cause right now im drivin my dads truck which hes lettin me keep it at college with me..so i put a 12" type r in it. but when my sister starts drivin, or the truck craps out (150,000 miles so far) ill be buyin my own car/new system
