Which test tone?

What test tone should i use? 30hz or 35hz 0db or -3db. I listen to mostly rap and rock. It's for the setup in my sig.

0dB will barely let you use any power out of your amp.

Yes, -10dB allow for a 3:1 overlap.

I have the Autosound 2000 cd104 with them all on it.

3:1 sounds the best.
