Can you give us more info? Are you after one unit or a pair? Do you have an amp yet? If so, what's its power rating? What vehicle is it going into? The more info you give, the more you will get back.

What kind of amp are you using to run the subs with. That will really help us give you a solid answer. You always want to try and not under power the subs. Better off getting a cheaper sub that you can over-power then some cool monster you cant push.

I think the Hifonics would be a better made sub. Isnt fusion kind of a cheapo brand? Like audiobahn, etc.
