Which router and/or table saw should I get?

http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?pid=00924884000&BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=TOOL&cs=e1

thats the table saw I have and honestly if you have a circular saw and a compressor I would probably spend my money on a router and brad nailer instead. I dont use my table saw as much as i thought i would for car audio, I used it for installing wood floors and baseboards but only used it once in car audio I use my circular saw to cut down full sheets of MDF cause the tablesaws cant hold the big sheets. Plunge routers are good but not necessary for car audio, I have both and my fixed base is the one i use the most honestly. its lighter and setting it at 1/2" depth is what you will do on most ring cutouts and 3/4" for roundovers. no need to plunge.

If i was a major builder OR owned a audio shop :cough: I'd love to get one of those wall circular saws that they have at Home Depot.

Then a smaller table saw + hand circle saw would do as far as circular saws go.

But in all honesty, i'd rec a hand circle saw over the table, especially if you don't plan on using it likt that.

It'll do you fine!

i have a link where u can get one for roughly 800 bucks. i will get it later. looks pretty good to. it dosnt have a back face like home depots but it will work wonders im sure.

i want a circular caw and clamps to work with as i HATE my table saw. 190 dollar craftsman works for cutting hseets down but nothing more really.

Nice!! Can i have that link plz? Will b really beneficial!

And yea like u said, regular circular saw would b good enough. UNLESS your doing large volume, where a GOOOD table say like Moe said would be better.
