Which "Bang for Buck" Subs?

I want to know what "bang for your buck" subs I should go with? I want to get loud, but don't want to sound like *** while doing it. I want to get louder and sound better than my current single 12" Kicker CVR in a sealed prefab box.

The "bang for your buck" subs I had in mind are the 12" AA Assassins and the 12" Mach 5's. I will be running a dual setup. Most likely a ported box, but I don't know the dimensions yet.

I would like to keep my current amp which is a Profile AP1000M that puts out 550RMS @ 2 Ohms. If I have to I can get a new amp, but I think my current one will work fine.

Which subs should I go with? I have not heard any of these subs, just seen a few vids.

Well, I can do another single setup, which I would go with the Type R or something else below $200 or do a dual setup like said in the first post.

I'm looking for something better than the CVR.

lol yea a box will change everything, if your pretty handy with tools i would say just make your own. U can find plans from a bunch of diffrent places online.

idc what anyone says, how many people have them, or how big their hype is....

type rs are proven to be one of and imo the best bang for your buck sub. what other 90 dollar 10 can you buy that has hit 150+?
