Which port(s) will move air "quietly 1 6" or 2 4"s?

I know that a 6" port has more sq", but the port(s) are firing up with the sub and will be within ear distance. Because of that I would like to have as little port noise as possible. The box will be 3-3.3 cubes after all displacement with a MM2k amp on a 15" sub. or would a slot port be better?

I've always been a fan of slot ports, but use a single 6"er if you're going to go the aeroport route.

13"x3" will work fine...maybe 3.5" if you can work it in there.
