Nextell is utter trash where I'm at...

hell yeh, my gf finally got rid of that shit and got sprint, i got alltel, and love them, but my phone is a pos cuz my room mates dog chewed on it. i got a lg and i plan on getting another lg when i get a new phone

if i go about 8 miles from my house i'm in nextel's no service area. with alltel the entire lower peninsula is covered. now there plan says that roaming isn't free, so will i still have to pay roaming if i'm in the national coverage area and not in the roaming area?

The Samsung U240 is pretty cool and has a decent camera.
The PPC6700 is pretty kickass as well, although I dont think thats what your looking for.

I would go with an LG. I sold phones for about 3 years and the RAZR is good looking, and has a lot of features, but its not real durable. I am on my 3rd LG and they are tough and you can get as fancy of phone as you want.
