the second 1 i would pick...but it depends on your system setup if that even matters.......mainly the 1st didnt have a sub out....well it might of but i skimmed thru it

you can by splitting the signal from one of the other channels but you will have no control over it aside from the amp settings. get one with a sub out.

They are both good units, I have used and installed them with good success. Ignore the information about the interrupt wire, that is irrelevant to your install.
