They both sound completely different.

The Focal is more of a bright sound, and the Hertz is more of a smooth midbass oriented set.

I'd go with the hertz

as said, Focal is bright, Hertz is more midbass and a smoother feel.

Both sound good.

Running Focal in the ride but contemplating running Hertz for a change of pace.

Havent heard the Polks.

I vote against the TR's. they're a step below the other options. Though i'm sure cheaper. Ran them as my first set of comps. ever. lol.
