which of these two will hit harder?

I will be installing one sub either an Orion P-series 10" or a PG Ti10. which one would pound harder and cleaner? i want a good balance of SQ and SPL. I will be pushing 450 watts to it. It will be in a sealed box. I would really like my sub to pound out the low notes. which of these will suit my needs better?

i have 2 pg 10's in a sealed box with 600 watts rms total and they pound. why not get 2?

i wish i could get 2. but due to space issues i can only get one. I am gonna put it under the back seat of my truck. were you pushing 600 watts to each sub or 600 split to both?

total. as stated in my 1st post. in a truck 1 10 should do you just fine.

since you have the PG maybe you can tell me how well they pound the low notes. I know they are only 10"s but I want my sub to pound as low as possible. So how well do they pound on the lower notes?

i have mine is a bigger than recommended box and they hit the low notes very very well. mine is a 1.0cuft per chamber sealed box. they recommend .55 for sq and .3 for spl. which is really small. bigger box=better low end response.

hell yeah. they move alot right now. but if you put them in a bigger box you lose power handling so 450 watts would be too much.

i'd say go smaller on the box.....but i'm sure you can get it to handle 450 if you must....i'd recommend smaller though
