Which H/o alt should i get between these 2?

Okay so i was looking at iraggi alts today.

Theres one thats 200 amp alt with 75 amps at idle.

Theres one thats 180 amp but with 115 amps at idle.

Which one would be more beneficial for me? My car will be used for a daily driver and i will be running an audioque 2200d or a kicker kx2500.1.
