Im going to put a 1500 monoblock amp for my two L7's and was thinking about buying a Planet Audio 3.5 farad capacitor. what do yall think?
wouldn't a square one work better? since his subs r square?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gifDon't listen to these guys, 1 farad is mooooooooore than enough. There is no way that wiring could help more than a big cylinder power thingy. It made my shit SLAM!!! I went with a Boss 1 farad cap, and my lights quit blinkin n shit. It's also better to get three 1-farad caps than one 3-farad cap, because there is less inductive resistance with the capacitance when you get more.
Fa sho...It will send a proper square wave to the square subs, resulting in better output and greater sq (see what I did there?)wouldn't a square one work better? since his subs r square?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
i'd rather have a wider SQ and fuller output //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifFa sho...It will send a proper square wave to the square subs, resulting in better output and greater sq (see what I did there?)
