There are already stickies stating the rules about post dumping. For months/years people have complained about the nonsense in the classifieds. Now that something is being done about it people are complaining that we are doing something about it. We cant win for losing.

I'm not complaining about him cleaning house...I think it's great. I merely said it was annoying to see the notice's in his sig all the time...if people are too lazy to read the stickies and know the rules, then they can suffer the consequences.

Yeah and that's another thing, that's not a very efficient way of conveying an announcement to the entire forum...since the users that have sigs turned off wouldn't even see it. Maybe you should talk to him...take him under you wing, teach him how to be a good mod, lulz

he's still learning, i've also told him 3 days is a tad harsh, going to shoot for 1 day. the stickies already state that post dumping isnt tolerated. no other announcement needs to be made.
