if any murder is committed under a felony the felony committer automatically gets any death counted as a murder against them..

This guy robbed a bank with a toy gun cause he didn't want to hurt anyone the security guard saw him and shot and killed 3 people cause he sucked at aiming because he wasn't trained. The robber got charged with 3 counts of murder.
