You can get used analog ones around that price range from ebay.Where the hell do you find an oscilloscope for $150?
It looks alright, but I'd check out the tech specs on it first. Check the accuracy of it and the range in which it measures AC voltages. Those are the main reasons I took back the Craftsman. It only had a 2.5% accuracy and it only measured AC voltages within the 40 to 400 Hz range. Anything over 400 Hz would be very inaccurate.im also thinking about getting a dmm but know nothing about them hows this one look?http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EVYGZA/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3?pf_rd_p=304485901&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0000AXD47&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=017351BWN27M1AEVAMF4
