I have this set and they are really good. ill let you know about midbass once i seal off my door but they are plenty loud

Ive heard mixed reviews about the SS. Now the Kicker QS is out which replaced the SS and those look pretty sweet.

Focals get my vote. Why are you running two sets? They guy selling the Bostons Z's, with that one set would fill your entire car but probably not off of 85 watts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I feed mine like 300+

The Focals aren't as bright as people say they are if you position them right and tuen them properly. You get very lifelike sounds through them.

Ended up buying 2 sets of 165VR Polyglass 6.5 comps. Cant wait to get them in.
