Which Components?

I have a budget of $600-$900 to spend on an high end set of components. I have a 2006 Mustang GT convertible and the factory door speakers accept a 5X7 and a 8" woofer. I could prolly make a 3-way set work with some fabrication. Any suggestions on what brand of components to use for some kick *** midbass? I was looking at Dynaudio, Rainbow, and CDT as some possiblities.

Whatever you do, don't get Infinity Kappas..... I found out the hard way that last year's models did not sound as good as the ones I owned from 1998 to 2000. That MMD tweeter is H A R S H!

Next year, I plan to go with a three way active front setup.... That should be fun!
