Which amp?

I currently have an old school Phoenix Gold M25 on my sub, brigded it should put out around 160rms i think, and its not power regulated or whatever so if i put more volts into it then it will get louder. Now my buddy just gave me a lightning audio B250.1, anyone heard of that, what do you think is better?
