Which amp to push 2 Alpine SWR-1242D's

Which amp would be the best to power 2 12" Alpine SWR-1242D's in a sealed box? It's goin in a ext cab truck with very limited space under the rear seat, so it's gotta be a sealed box. Sometime down the road the 12" Alpines are gonna get replaced with somethen better, but for now their there to stay for awhile. I'm looken for somethen reliable and sturdy in the $250 - $300 tops shipped range BNIB W/ Warranty. Somethen that I can hold onto awhile, when the alpines are replaced I can use this same amp to push the new 12" subs It must be 1OHM stable, the subs are dual 4OHM. I did alotta searching and reading and came up with these in the under $300 shipped range. If ya know of another good amp in that price range lemme know.

Come on guys I need a little help here, I wanna buy an amp on monday. I gotta make a good decision on an amp though cause I wanna buy somethen that's gonna last. I searched and read up on alotta amps just can't make a decision cause they all had good remarks aboutem.

i would go with the MTX, they are underrated. Ive seen birth sheets reaching almost 2000 rms.
