Which amp to get...

I'm getting 2 type Rs in a ported 5 cubed box tuned @ 35hz. which amp would you reccomend i use? i'll be running them at 1ohm...

i'm leaning twords this one now: http://www.ikesound-car-audio.com/rec/2129-HiFonics-XX-Zeus/

before it was a toss up between:

i know all 3 are over powering my subs but one i hear hifonics amps are overrated 100-200rms and i hear the type Rs can take 700rms daily. So i figured 1600rmsx1@1 from one of their amps would be perfect. Also if i upgrade to an over powerful amp i am not guaranteed to need to buy a new amp if i get subs which demand more power.

or if anyone else has amp they would suggest.

p.s. can i get away with a 4 guage run of wire to one of these bad boys? i'm thinking 4 would start to limit the amp...i assume it's not very efficient.

if your going to only run subs,i'd go with a class d mono amp.more efficient,less strain on your electrical system!

yes they are,my bad.thought i saw the fist one as a 2 channel!

Id get the XX Zeus.. Heard better things about the XX series..
