Which Amp to choose? Arc Audio 4150XXK or DLS Ultimate A5?

I am consdinerg changing the amp I will be using for my system, so I was looking to see what people would recommend,

I want to run a set of DLS Iridium 6.2 and an Adire Koda 10 sub off of a single amp...not sure which one I should use, so I am looking to get some feeback here. I would be looking at either the DLS Ultimate A5 or the Arc Audio 4150XXK. The A5 has more power, but not too many people here see to run them. So whatca think?

A5 is pricey, but then again so is the ARC. Not alot of people run them because they really havn't made there way this far west yet. The company is based in florida I believe. Its a great brand and even I looked into them before I bought my amps. Either way you go, you'll be happy.

depends on what power you need

the arc is more powerful in 4ohm/2ohm stereo 85x4, 160x4

but the a5 will give you more power if your sub is 2ohm --500w

as the arc cant run 2ohm mono bridged on the rear channels only 300w @ 4ohm

oOo a question i partly know something about. so far i love my A5. the sub channel is 1.33ohm stable but i'm actually running it at 1ohm to my IDMAX and it pushes it well. i do wish the stereo channels would put out a little bit more though. my chameleons are rated at 150wrms, but my amp puts out 100w, maybe a little more. i almost went with the iridiums too, but money constraints said no. however the ID's sound just fine, no distortion. i dont have any experience with the arc, so cant comment there.

the 4150 puts out ~100rms@4ohms down to 12.5 v per channel

I ran my rear ch's bridged and drew a 2ohm mono load to a Rubicon DVC4- fine for daily, but if you run full steam for ~45min-1hr at very loud volume it will run hot- Either way it'll give you same power at whatever impedance- at 4ohms bridged its rated for 320rms but does ~360+rms
