Which Amp for an Illusion Audio Carbon C12?

So, I have decided to get the illusion Audio C12 subwoofer, but can't decide which amplifier to get?

Mosconi Gladen One 240.2

or

Mosconi AS 200.2?

Also, I need help figuring out the best Line Out Convertor... So far I've read about the AudioControl LC2i and Cache CLOC+D

Well, I ended up spending more for the AS200.2 - just love the way it looks and I know it would sound better then the Gladen One

You , sir, have bought the audiophool hype hook, line, and sinker. Why are you so intent on running an amp that nice off a LOC, anyway? Might as well have gone out and bought something worth about $200

This is all going in my 2012 Lexus IS F w/Mark Levinson Audio Package

I have read that the AudioControl LC2i would be the best for my needs... I am sure a DSP would be the best option, but I am only adding a sub stage
