Which 3" clamp on filter to choose?

Im looking for a 3" filter for my cold air intake im doing on my car, are any of the ebay filters halfway decent? I was looking at foam vs fabric ones, im leaning towards foam because theyre easier to clean, but i hear fabric filters flow more. Im not making major horsepower or anything though, mainly trying to keep my motor running clean is all. Im piecing together a cold air intake kit, already have the carb adaptor, now i need a 45 degree bend, a filter, and about a 3ft hose. Anybody know a good place to get a complete kit?

When things like exhaust manifolds and throttle bodies are taken into account, only so much extra airflow makes a difference in an otherwise stock engine. Oiled cotton filters do tend to flow ALOT better but it's debatable as to how much of a difference, if any, the extra airflow actually makes. But they accomplish this using oil to catch the dirt. Foam and other 'dry-flow' design filters significantly increase airflow while trapping more dirt and requiring less maintenance. K and N is good stuff but in my opinion overrated as there are now better options out there than there used to be. I had a K and N complete system on my 04 V8 Dodge Dakota and was more impressed when I tried Volant and AEM dryflo filters.
