which 10's would you do!?

Hey guys I been listening to my wonderful front stage provided by the PhD mf6.3 3way set I have. And it made me realize I want to down size to 2 10's. I have to be able to scratch the itch every now and then. So I was thinking something along the lines of a sa-10, lethal injection, fu 750, tantric MD...etc etc. I have a ia20.1 and a 3cu enclosure I can tune at either 30,35, 37hz depending on sub. I'm looking for nice bandwidth to blend with the front and fill in the low end. As well as the ability to hammer when I wish to show off. I really am leaning towards the lethals to match my amp and the black and blue sale is going so yeah.

What the hell is a phd? I finally found one online but the new price for that fb10.1 is 175.... Doesn't appear to handle much power is it a sq sub

Yes they were designed for SQ.

I like the sq guys but I have to be able to scratch the bass head itch when I get it. So low power handling sq sub's won't quite work for this one. I like the icons they are nice as well. Another reason for tens is to save some space and finally clean my install up. Plus tens I can fit a enclosure that seals the trunk off from the cabin easiest.

IA sale this month looks pretty sweet. Have you considered a single 12? Box space and cone area will be similar to the pair of 10s and you'll have budget to step into a higher product line.

Yeah I have thought of one 12. Like the death penalty since the death row isn't on sale. Also may have a sub for trade so I could use that with vertex's trade in and take advantage of the black and blue sale. Have to look into the ssd's.
