When do you usually receive your package?

I ordered my phoenix gold Ti10's on the 19th and they were shipped UPS ground. According to their ground transit time map, it should be here today (27th) by the end of the day and thats guaranteed. Everytime i expect to receive a package, even if its next day, I never get it but i do get it the next morning early in the morning but never on the day its supposed to be here. And what is their definition of "end of the day"? Is that like 5 or 6pm?

I usually receive things from ups 5-7 days it was shipped. It is always delivered the day they say it will be. I always get my stuff between 2:00 - 3:00 pm. They have always been consitant and I do order alot of stuff. I have never recived anything damaged or late. Also were I live, the ups man can just leave the package @ the front door if no one is home and not have to worry about it getting stollen or anything. I see UPS trucks sometimes still running there routes late in the eavening like around 7 or 8 pm. Most all residential packages will be later in the day, esp if you live out of town.
