I've ordered from them before, and it was an easy transaction.

But I placed an order for an MP3 player back around 9/23, and paid for UPS 3 Day Select. It was billed on 9/27, ok no big deal, I'd get it in a few days. I get the email that it shipped, no tracking #. To this day I still haven't got it. I've been calling them once a day for the past week and half and everytime I call I get "call back tomorrow for an update". I called Friday, their phones are down for inventory? Whatever. I tried to call again today, they removed their phone number from their website.

I've also been emailing every other day asking where my order is, they never responded. I called UPS and they are totally helpless without a tracking #. So now i'ts been half a month to get a reciever with 3 day shipping.

I've already filed a complaint with BBB, and I'm heading to my bank to see what they can do about getting my money back seeing it was on a bank issued debit card.

Just a warning to those who may order. 3 months ago I wouldve said they were a good company, today they've proved me wrong. Buyer beware.

 
Sorry you are having such difficulties getting a hold of them. Are you sure that the emails you sent them are not being dumped in some spam folder or being filtered out by your ISP? Just omething to consider.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I am having trouble with my order also, but I thought maybe they were slower with money order payments, but I guess that is not the case. I have ordered from them about four times and have never had any trouble until now.

I placed an order on 9/26 and paid by money order

Money order was recieved by them by the end of that week (9/30)

As of today the order still hasen't shipped.

I contacted them every day last week and asked them when my order will be shipping and they always reply that they have recieved my payment an the order will be shipping soon..

I have been contacting them using the live chat on their webpage and haven't had any trouble getting a hold of anyone.

I am about to try to demand some answers about my order and I will post the results, it is just unacceptable because they have had my payment for a week now.

EDIT: nevermind, live chat is gone because they are closed today; guess I will try again tomarrow.

 
Yeah I mean I'm not bashing them because aside from etronics and Elemental Designs, they're really the only other site I've dealt with for car audio.

When I called today, it seemed like the phones were working, they were just closed for the holiday. I try to avoid calling them if the live chat is online, because you don't have to wait on hold and still get the info you need.

Seeing that they are doing inventory could be the reason things are moving slow, not shipping out orders to keep up with their progress.

 
I was going to buy a Pioneer HU from thezeb, so I called them to find out about the Free Shipping option. I wanted to know what method they used and if I would receive a tracking number.

The guy there I talked to was clueless. He said he wasn't sure what method they would use or if I would receive a tracking number. I had already read enough bad stuff about them on other forums, so I spent a few bucks more and bought it from sounddomain. And I'm glad I did.
