THe show is Americana it its very worst: Making chicken salad out of chicken shit and spending a gob of money doing it.

It also goes to show that the African American-esque style statement of big rims and flashy paint jobs merely hides something else....

I can't stand watching those spineless little corny *** goblins hugging that washed up "rap star." The fake emotion and the rotten work.. The whole thing just make me want to be sick.

Sure, give me 10 grand and I'll do something worthwhile, with a decent car.

Give 10 grand to a bunch of half clueless convicts and get a piece of shit transormed into a shiny piece with random household appliances *** fabbed into the console.

PMR is for entertainment only. They had a couple of nice rides, the first that comes to mind is the VW van.... But think of it on an individual level, if your ride looked THAT shitty, anything free would rock lol

One more mindless neandering. You know the initial meet ON camera is staged, the owner does always answer the door. But heres my beef. The people live in the burbs of so cal (usually). When was the last time X went to the hood... anywhere? I have lived in the ghetto (born and raised in so cal) and you didnt use to see cars like that. Times are differant now and every drug dealer has a nice ride. But I want to see someone living OUT of their car get pimped LMAO. Now THAT would be a real PR story

I don't see how anyone could be entertained by that. It's not entertainment....it's just horrendously stupid. Too bad that VW had the WORST bodywork EVER. Instead of cutting out all the rust and welding in new panels, they cut some of the rust out and aluminum FILLER PANELS over the holes that were there, POP RIVETED THEM into place, then bondo'd over that.

That VW is lucky if it makes it another couple of years without falling apart.

What a f*cking hack job.

You guys do know west coast customs does some really good work. Even mad mike knows what he is doing. The show pimp my ride is just for MTV and the younger more influential crowd. I was watching discovery HD and they had a show on with WCC and they were doing amazing jobs on some cars. They hooked up a Ferrari Enzo with new rims from Giovanni. Couple of pro ballers go there to get there hummers/escos done.

Pimp my ride is cheap work. Not there usual line of work.

I will say that WCC has done some pretty awesome stuff, like that 300C convertible which is KILLER. I've also seen some wicked awesome installs.

PMR is and always will be a joke to them.
