What's up with my PPI amp?

I have a Precision Power PC-2400 and I have it hooked up pushing 2 JL 10W3-D6. I had replaced my alternator and realized that my battery was not grounded on the engine. After the problem was fixed, my system pounded harder than ever!!! A few weeks later, I was driving and my system just quit.

I have hooked the amp up to a sub and got nothing unless I hooked either both [+] or both [-] ?? I have taken it to 2 different audio places to have it tested - both confirmed it was ok hooked up to little tweeter speakers. What's the problem?? Bad channel?? I am also not familiar on the Ohm load.. i wired my speakers in parallel to create 3-ohm.. is that ok?
