What's a painted SoundStream Continuum worth?

I have "The Continuum" amp that was painted black to match the interior of my car. The amp is in great shape and is in 100% working order.

I bought my 92 Mustang with the system installed and have owned it for 4 years now. My wife and I will be having our first child in a couple weeks. I plan on yanking the rear seat delete, amp, equalizer and sub out so I can re-install the rear seat.

I have tried to sell the rear seat delete and stereo equipment as a whole, but have not had much luck. So now I plan on just parting it out, which brings me to my question.... What is my Continuum worth? Should I list it on e-bay for a quick sale?

Thanks

-Jeff

I saw one for sale a year or so ago for $550. I didnt see it sell at that price, and I thought it was a bit high. But to the right collector, it was probably a good price. IIRC they retailed for about $1500 new and they only made like 1000 of them. I dont recall them having any significant advantage over standard reference series amps, other than the number of channels, and the limited production. I think its basically a Picasso with more channels (class A/B that is biased towards class A).

The sub channel is pretty weak for many people's wants these days. 400 watts at lowest impedance iirc. They are lovely, and Im a SS reference fan (have a few myself including a Picasso), but I think Id rather have a Memphis Belle is I was gonna go with a single-amp setup.
