ok here is the situation. couple of my friends. one of them has a car, and he said he give the car to my other friend. so few days later they exchange paper works and on the pink slip said as a gift and the only thing is that he didnt give the key yet. then a week later the guy who gives the car too him wants the car back. now this guy is known for shady things and he's a duesche bag and now ask for the car back. i was telling my other friend dont give it back cause he basically gave you the car and handed you the paper work and all you have to do is pick up the car where its located and get the key from the dealer and never talk to this guy again cause he dont really even like him.

so the question is would you hand the pink slip back to him when someone gives you a car for free. the car is worth proabably about $400 and needs alot of work done.
