Ok I have this big problem of getting a car and going big no matter what. I am kind of sick of doing this as I am getting older (26) and would just like a car to drive. I am looking at buying a new 07 BMW 328i and keeping it all stock only because I hate redoing BMW audio systems. Or I can keep my current car 05 Stratus and finish it up. Currently I have 2 JL 12w7's with a 500/1 on each and JL Vr comps in front with a 300/2, but would like to get a 1000/1 for each with the Zr comps in front. What would you guys do?????

anyway, i am a huge bmw fan. i would go something that you want to drive for a while? we have had a few of them and i can honestly say they are the only car i dont get tired of driving. you cant beat bmw's service and warrenty. the ext warrenty is worth the money and you can buy it anytime before the factory warrenty is up. i personally think bmw makes the best car on the road right now.

Id take the beamer, audio is only one factor when it comes to a car. You cna get buy with medicore sound for awhile, but i garantee(sp?) the audio bug will come back to you.

I drove my buddys 335i and wasn't all to impressed with it, I liked his M3 alot better. Don't get me wrong it was a very sweet car, just not something I'd be into at this point..... If I want something fast I'll just get my lazy *** up and finish the ls1 fox body swap.

i understand your mentality, basically a comfortable, convenient, good looking, luxury sedan with decent power right? yeah i went through that stage... got an is350... but i couldn't resist so i custom modded the crap out of it lol...

Personally, i'd get the 328 and keep the stock head. Just use a high quality (think JL cleansweep) LOC/EQ to add amps. then run wire to the back for subs and tap your stock wires for your mids and whatnot. replace them if they aren't up to par.

This way you avoid alot of headaches and you don't make any permanent changes to the car... just put the stock equipment back, remove your cleansweep, and the car is stock once again.

Pretty much, if I wanted something luxury and fast there would be other cars I would be looking at. I'm just looking for something that can't easily be done for a stereo or aftermarket stuff besides rims and easy to drive but still nice at the same time. Like I said if i want fast I have a 90 Mustang notchback that I am in the process of putting a ls1 motor out of a 00 Camaro SS into. That car when finished will be more then I need for speed.
