My friend just got his house robbed, and he knows who did it, its a local punk with a couple of his friends that has been running around doing this for awile now to all types of different people, he thinks hes tough shit, im sure you know the type.

Im in a position where i cant really decide what is right to do right now, the friend of mine who got robbed, im very close with and would do anything to help him get this guy back, not just for my friend but like i said hes been doing it for awile now and just needs to be tought a lesson.

Just so happens my friend wants to go with me, and another close friend of ours and robb his house... Give him a taste of his own medicine if you will, we have friends that are close with this guy, and knows when his parents arnt there (hes only 17) and when hes at school, basicly when the house will be empty, we have easy access to all that good info...

The question is thought, what would you do?

I know its manditory 2-5 just for breaking and entering around here, witch is the only thing holding me back right now.

They are all trying to convince me its a flawless plan they are brewing up though, and nothing could go wrong, and i want to be there for my boy... Im in a bit of a pickel

Cops were already called, they dusted for prints, found nothing, basicly he and his friend that drove him to my buddies house got away with over $5,000 in shit scott free

He's pretty much screwed then ... While beating the shit out of him or robbing his (parent's) house would be satisfying, I still don't think it's a good idea ...

Perhaps he should look into tenant's insurance and/or a security system in the future if he lives in a neighbourhood where B & Es are common ...

I'm renting and I have Renter's Insurance. It covers up to like $20,000 for theft.
