What would you do?

I recently sold my viper 1200 and DEI 4500 on ebay and it was in perfect working condition. the amp was sent via UPS the guy that bought them. He waits forever and a day to install these amps but gives me a positive feedback and says that they work fine. Today I read my email and he sends me a message saying that the DEI works fine but the viper doesnt work. He later goes on to say he isnt scamming me and he wants me to pay for the repair bill. Personally I dont think I will pay for anything and that he screwed the amp up himself.

Some ebayers just ****....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsdown.gif.d22f25895e9b40f2300c953691dacfa2.gif

his problem---unless you know you scammed his asss then you u should be dipped in chocolate and sent to the queer convention
nice.

I would say that he is attempting to screw you over. It is his fault that is not working. If it was junk to begin with then why did he leave positive feedback and say everything was working fine. It is was bad then it is his fault for not telling you right away or waiting so long to test it.
