What would you do???

Alright as some of you know I just got a new truck last week. I have gotten rid of my car so my system is sitting in my room right now. My problem is this. The truck is a reg cab so i don't have tons of room will i do have room back there. Should I

A: Make a sealed box for both of my LI's?

B: Make a single ported box for 1 LI?

C: Sell both 12 LI's and get a nice 10 or a pair of 10's and port them???

I really love my LI's and would have a hard time selling them, i won't to have both of them in the truck but then again i want some space behind the seat to put stuff. What are your guys's opinions....

I'd love to do that but, its a work truck. I'm going to be in the construcion business so I need to have an open truck bed. I just want to have some extra bump in my truck. Can't stand listening to good songs with no bass....

I'd probably go sealed then... My buddy had 2 10" LI's sealed in his camaro, but it sounded pretty good... They got decently loud.... but it was also in a hatch...

get 2 really nice 10's that can handle some power. and make a custom downfiring box. Make it the legnth from end to end and how ever wide you want it. My friend and I built a downfiring box for his single cab dodge ram truck. With a bazooka EL1500 and (2) mtx thunder 6000 10's it gets real loud. It was proablly double the output from his old setup. The box was seperate chamber as well. We put 1" strips of wood on the front of the box so the subs were downfiring 1" from the floor.

Id say about 1000-1500watts and some kicker L710's downfiring or something would be PLENTY loud for ya

I was thinking alone the lines of a pair of LI 10's or maybe an XXX 10. I try and stay away from brand name car audio. I like having stuff ppl don't reconige if ya know what i mean. To bad DP are still out of stock or i'd get a single 12 or a pair of 10's instead. Owell, keep the opinions coming guysl.......

go to subthump.com and get ahold of him and see what he can do for you he is a really nice guy and will make some custom things for you

i can get good drivers for good prices its just getting boxes and stuff is were i have trouble. I can build them but i'm to lazy, but i can't afford to get custom fit stuff either. Owell, one of these days i'll give in and just build a new box...

i have a set of soundsplinter rli-10's in a single cab f150 and i have plenty of room.
