I've always wanted to have one 10 or one 12 and have it louder n hit harder than other peoples dual 12's, 15's, etc and was wondering what sub i could do that and whats he most amount of amps i could get without upgrading my electrical system cars or altenator

With that amp you will not be "out bumping" dual 12's.
