What do u guys think two 13" w7s and two jl 1000/1 amps would be if i inverted the two subs and this is going in the back of a h2 hummer?
Couldnt agree moreDude, you're not going to want to do that.
Because you're inverting them, it's going to be at least 5x louder.
Kiss your eardrums and back windows goodbye.
I'd say, at least 175db's ... if you set it up properly.

Ah yes, it slipped my mind. 3-4 times louder it is.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Every expert in the field agrees it inverting will only get 3-4 times louder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/waycrazy.gif.f4a380c3f94043939fd369defd9e6be2.gif
You'd be lucky to squeeze 175dbs out of it. 173 is much more realistic.
Taking the magnet out of the box will let it cool quicker. This means it can get louder. The coil in the sub cools down quicker than if it was in a box. The F of the speaker goes through the roof, and the Vas remains the same. The Fc will drop accordingly, but that's ok ... because you'll gain that back with the gain in Xmax. Therefore, it's a wise decision to invert.wondring forever... whys it louder inverted?
Don't forget the plutonium...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifDBfan, remember he needs a a Rotary Girder equipt with a Megafer or a Kedalis to cool the FLUX CAP properly
