Gotta love these questions! I think both would have ground shaking bass. Same power, proper enclosure, same vehicle I'd say the AQ subs. Cone area.

ive seen 12's beat 15's and vis-versa. its all gonna depend on the set up.

Using the same power and using optimum enclosures, the 15s should theoretically get louder due to more cone area.

Leaving out too many variables for anyone to give you a proper answer, besides the fact that more cone area usually makes it easier.
