Nothing, When I use to work with disabled(quadolpeligitics) people they use to swallow the tooth paste and mouth wash daily, they couldn't really spit it out. It's fine maybe on a empty belly it might make you feel sick but other wise nothing will happen.

Most toothpaste contain some sort of abrasive, my guess is the whole don't swallow toothpaste warnings are the corporations that make its attempt to cover their ***** from overly litigious retards.

The chalk in the toothpaste would provide you with additional calcium. The medium at which it is presented though would prohibit your body from absorbing it. In other words, it gets shitted out with the rest of your food.
