What would be a good amp for.....

I am really new to the car audio thing, as far as custom systems and what not. With so much crap on the market its a little confusing. So here is my question...

I am gonna get 2 10" MTX subs, brand new they are the higher end ones...i am getting 2 10s cause my trunk wont allow for anything bigger without risking blowing something. So what type of amp should I get? If someone could tell me or make suggestions that would be really great cause I need some serious help.

are you getting 2 10" 6000 or 8000 MtX subs. it makes a difference b/c 8000 handle moe than 6000. they also cost more.

yup, they are the 6000's I am getting 2 of them for 139 bucks brand new.

How the hell do you get 2 BRAND NEW in the original box 12" MTX 6000 subs for 100 bucks? There is no ****ing way, and if you did they arnt the ones with the oversized magnets...but by some chance they are the ones with the oversized magnet tell me how you got em, cause i gottsa know!

Man if you wanna go with mtx then so be it, but I would go with a boss ripper 1200.2 amp. It has 3 cooling fans for better output and volt meters to view. If you would change your mind on subs the soundstorm 10 dvc is pretty potent

Dude, You got 1 12" for 100 bucks, thats pretty good. But I am getting 2(yes two) 10" for 100 bucks. so basically 50 bucks each, and I am only getting the 10 because that is all my car will handle. Anything else will blow because the air volume sucks *** =-(
