what will having the Port firing into the cabin, and the sub firing into my trunk do

if I seal my trunk and rear deck off, and port directly into the cabin using a 12" aero and have my sub firing into the trunk lid, what will the result likely be?

I'll be running a sundown zv4 18" off of 2200 watts in 8 cubes tuning around 34hz

my buddy has the same setup with an sa15 in his accord. Sounds good, just make sure the box isnt sealing up the whole trunk opening

It would be, would i be better off firing it into the trunk for back pressure and a rattle trap?

Do it and then you'll have your answer. It could be beneficial but it could also cause some phase cancellation and there's only one real way to find out.

yea i would try firing both the sub and port into the cabin and seal it off if anything
