Wherever you have sufficient room that can provide adequate airflow to prevent the amp from overheating and it won't be in the way would be my suggestion...

The mosfets are connected to the heatsink, doesnt matter how the PCB is.

Hot air rises.....block that path and you will have a toasty amp
