I think its called Fast Lane. Used to air on fox, now sometimes once a year its on G4.

pissed me off when they did one season of that show and quit. they left it on a cliffhanger too. tiffani thiessen had just got injected with heroin and she was about to be killed ! they show reruns of that show on TVone still too.

I don't remember the civil war one, but I do remember the Mall one, along with the magic shop one.

the one about the clowns and the funhouse.......scary stuff.
