What To Tune 2 Orion Hcca12.2's T0?

I have been debating between sealed or ported for my HCCA 12.2's well I am finally desided to go ported. But now what to tune them to, Is the box tuning freq. relative to the Fs of the sub? Or is 30-40 Htz the general ballpark people shoot for? Right now I am thinking 38 Htz. The subs will be receiving 2500 Watts each.
