What To Get?

Hello, I'm new to this and I'd like to get an amp and a sub for my car. I've currently got a Kenwood KDC-MP333 I think it is, not one of the best, and I've got a matching set of Pioneer 6.5" and 6x9 speakers TS series. I've been to a few places and some say that the latest Pioneer aren't as crash hot as they used to be so I don't know if i should get pioneer. My friend has a 10" bout 600W MTX sub and that goes hard so I'm thinking of getting an MTX Sub, 12", 1000W. I just don't know what sort of amp to get. I want something like 1000W, I also want to connect all my speakers and sub to it so will have to be 4+ channels. Im looking to spend up to say $600. I'm also looking for quality. If some of you can come up with some suggestions they would all be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Wait for the new ARC KAR 6 Channel to come out. Release should be in Aug or so. Should be in the $600 range. Then you can run you whole system with one amp. But I admit I am a ARC fanboy. These are said to under rated. Couple people have demoed them.

60 Watts X 4 @ 4 ohm

100Watts X 4 @ 2 ohms

155Watts X 2 @ 4 Ohms(Channel 5+6)

120Watts X 2 @ 4 ohm bridged

550 Watts X 1 @ 4 ohms Bridged (Channels 5+6)
