**** man as hard as it seems to hold back on those guys you must resist your urges. You most important thing right now is your daughter and you have to put her needs first, and its seems like she needs you. Legal action is the best way i can advise you at getting back at him and her mother. Talk to a lawyer and they will give you real advise, but you must know that without physical evidence(i.e pictures, proof of admission to guilt) you will not have much of a case.

Secondly as far as your brother goes depending on what he stole from you will have to chalk it up as a loss for a little while atleast until you get off papers. No reason to risk losing your daughter he will get whats coming to him. I would just rid myself of him and anyone like him and do as much as i can to prevent them from even being around you or yours. I majorly suggest you pray about it God can do alot for you.

let me repeat myself i go to court in feb for custody but because i cant get a job since im on workers comp and i have no money to take care of her other than what i can make mowing grass. the judge might give her back to her mother and her boyfriend since they both have jobs, and since my injuries stop me from getting a job other than at maybe mcdonalds then im up sh@t creek without a paddle or a canoe. now what ideas do you have captain obvious? i have been trying to get full custody but cant afford a lawyer to help me, mom and boyfriend can.

To be honest man is all up to you. Life is what you make it. If you want your daughter that bad then a job at Mcdonalds or even the Goodwill is gonna be what you have to do. There are paralegals that may be willing to help.

yes they do. when i am out mowing my mom and my best friend watch her for me but other than that i have her the rest of the time she is too young for school and i wont sent her to a daycare around here.
