i need some advise and i don't want someone who is close to the situation to give me the advise so i am going to ask you guys what i should do about this situation.
first off i found out may 28 2009 that i had a daughter ( i was injured 3 years ago at work and they told me i couldn't have kids which i have always wanted kids) she was born on Jan. 31 2009 and on June 14 2009 i received a phone call from children services asking me if i would be able to take her for a while since her mom and i are not together. i said yes and asked why, the caseworker told me she had some bruises and they were taking her to Dayton's children's hospital( i live in Springfield) so i go to Dayton and meet them at the hospital where i find this.....
"he popped 2 blood vessels in her eye, left bruises on the back of her head, leg, arm and on the side of her face" sorry pics are not that good.
now mind you 3 years ago when i was well i would fight over anything. and as i am waiting in the hospital i found out that the person who did this was her mothers boyfriend and it was an "accident" she just wouldn't stop crying from what he says. and since i had a case open that would land me prison time if i mess up again so i let it go so i could be with my daughter. "i know what i want to do to him but i have to wait" here is were i need your advise my brother has stolen from me and so has his buddy and they are not tring to make it right since they feel safe knowing that i didn't do anything to the guy who beat the crap out of my little girl, and if i get in trouble again then i may loose my daughter for good. so what should i do about this? thanks for letting me vent and i would appreciate any thoughts on what to do.
